You're adopting ASF terminology without understanding what it is really about. You don't have to avoid one-itis.
You just need to stop being obsessed with one person to the detriment of everything else. Like principles and other passions for example. You just need to be perceptive of her behaviors and attitudes, what they really say, instead of being the type of oblivious fellow who blindly clings to love no matter what.
Make sure you make her FEEL for you strongly, and make sure you give her good hard fucks. Because if you can't do either........
